Thanks for coming to check out this project. I’ve never wanted to label my eating, or belong to a nutrition club. In my opinion we’ve lost a bit of our humanity by trying to belong to a dieting tribe. It’s also created over the years a very toxic food environment for all of us. The agnostic diet represents a certain approach to eating that I’ve refined over the years that aims to break free of dogma in search for factors that seem consistent among all great human diets. It’s not about restricting yourself or labelling foods as good or evil. It’s about finding what is useful, discarding what doesn’t apply to you and adopting a pattern of eating that is uniquely your own. Come back soon to see our progress.
